Ian Lawrence is a founder member of the Ubuntu Brazil community and a member of the Open Web Foundation which is an independent non-profit dedicated to the development and protection of open, non-proprietary specifications for web technologies. He is the author of the book 'Professional Ubuntu Mobile Development' and works at The Nokia Institute in Manaus, Brazil.
