Dustin Eirdosh has held multiple positions within agriculture and education. From organic vegetables to sheep's milk cheese making, most recently, he served as Farm Manager at Buck Run Farm, a 300 acre Grass-Fed Angus beef farm in eastern Pennsylvania, USA. Dustin is now working on his Master's thesis through the University of Kassel, in Witzenhausen, Germany - focused on the intersection of evolutionary sciences and emergent technologies (especially information communication technologies) to create more sustainable animal agriculture systems. As side projects, he writes about meat, evolution, and technology - for his blog: www.MythicMeats.com, and is working with a dynamic international community to develop the *Abundance Hub* - based on the work of Peter Diamandis and Steven Kotler - creating visions of the future, and pulling these visions into the present via emergent technology. Much as ideas within the IoT exist for smart-grids of energy and water - Eirdosh is passionate about creating such intelligent networks to shape food systems both locally and globally.
